Gluten Escape is a locally owned small family business we support. It's a specialty bakery that offers products that are gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, and soy protein-free. They have over 100 different rotating products. Most of their products are also egg-free. They take special orders and cater to people with food allergies.

By 7 a.m. they have fresh bagels, cinnamon rolls, donuts, scones, and muffins. Want to stop in for lunch? They have Good-to-Go sandwiches and stock bottled drinks in a cooler.  They also have coffee and tea and a seating area. 

For over 50 years now, the inviting aroma of fresh-baked German strudels, European style cakes and pastries have been filling the air at this family-run bakery in Olde Town Arvada.
